— առնել or ի — հանել, to contradict most flatly, to give the lie to, to shew the falsehood of, to deny, to gainsay, cf. Ստացուցանեմ;
ի — հանել զկայսրն, to deny the accusation made before the emperor;
եդաք — զյոյսն մեր, we trusted in lies.
