Ախտարք (բուն նշ. «ծռմռուիլ»), որ և ռմկ. ճպլկտիլ Վրդն. առակ. 78 (Ասի ի բան առակաւոր, Թէ խեցգետինն ի հետ օձին ճպլկտեցաւ Նայ կտրեցաւ. այլ ձ. ձգտեցաւ)։-Բառ. երեմ. էջ 196 ունի ճապուկ և մեկնում է «նազլու կամ մանիչ ճախարակեայ» (անշուշտ մա-նիճը մանիչ կարդալով)։

[arabic word] čāpuk «արագ, շուտ, փոյթ, թեթև-ոտն»։ Պարսկերէնից փոխառեալ են նաև թրք. čabuk (գւռ. čapuk, čapək, ռմկ. չա-պուխ) «արագ, շուտ», [arabic word] čgvīk «ժիր, շոյտ, աշխոյժ», քրդ. čäpek «թեթևաշարժ, դիւրաթեք, ճկուն», վրաց. չաուքի «ժիր, ա-րագ», ჭაბუკი ճաբուկի «երիտասարդ» (բառիս իմաստը որոշ չէ. հասկանում են նաև «loyal serviteur, héros exercé dans les combats». տե՛ս M. Riabinin MSL 10, 18)։ Պհլ. բառը աւանդուած է čapuk ձևով և «կենսունակ, աշխոյժ, ժիր» նշանակու-թյամբ։ Ենթադրում է իրան. *cāpu-ka-՝ կազ-մուած -ka-մասնիկով՝ *čapu-արմատից, որից հյ. ճեպ և հապճեպ (տե՛ս Nyberg, Hilfsb. 1, 60 և 2, 42)։-Հիւբշ. 188։

Ղրբ. «ճանկռտել», ճեպռել «թեպրել» Բառ. երեմ. էջ 118 և վեր-ջապէս ճպլել Ղրբ. «պլոկելով հանել, սկրր-դել»։ Այս բայի հին գործածութիւնը ունի Եփր. մտ.
