Paspatu սոանց համար գրում է. «Որչափ ինձ ծա-նօթ է՝ չկայ նման մի բառ՝ որ կարենայ սրան ծագում տուած լինել»։ Ի ղուր ուրեմն համեմատում է սանս. kurvat «արարեալ» ռառի հետ, որ այստեղ գործ չունի)։-Քաւոր ձևից են փոխառեալ նաև քրդ. քիրվա, քիվ-րա, քրիվա «թլփատութեան ծէսի ժամանակ կնքահայր եղող անձը». այս բառով են կո-չում հայերը քրդերին՝ բարեկամական լեզ-ւով. այս տիտղոսը ծագում է նրանից, որ շատ քրդեր «Հայոց կնքահայր կը լինին խաչ բռնելով կամ այլոց բռնել տալով. այ-ռուհետև այր քուրդն փեսայի տան քրիվան է և անոր պաշտպանն նեղ վայրկեաններու մէջ»։ (Այս քրդ. բառը չէ նշանակած Justi. ունին միայն Ճանիկեան, Հնութ. Ակնայ, էջ 71 և Միրախորեան, Նկարագրական ու-ղևորութիւն 1885 Պօլիս, հտ. Գ. էջ 219)։ Իբր թրք. բառ յիշում է նաև Будaговъ 2, 125 օ︎ kirve ձևով և ասում է թէ գոր-ծածաևան է Անդրկովկասում ու մի քանի գաւառներում, ինչ.
